Dioptra Showcase at 2024 ICT4D Conference

Representatives from Catholic Relief Services, Danish Refugee Council, and the International Rescue Committee participated in a panel discussion at the 2024 ICT4D Conference to showcase the Dioptra tool and share cost analysis results from Dioptra.

The panel discussion (“Maximizing Impact With Cost Analysis”) included case studies from cash programs in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Uganda. Panelists also shared the valuable insights that can be developed by having a critical mass of cost data, so that humanitarian and development actors can better implement impactful programs to benefit more people per unit of spending.
